Person Inspired Planning
We believe that community should always be the platform on which full lives are built. By becoming involved in your community, you begin to develop roles, relationships and friendships that are fulfilling personally, and strengthen the community as a whole.
By providing ‘person-centred’ planning support to people who want to discover and explore their goals and dreams, our planning facilitators will help to establish an action plan towards making things happen. We then help the person and their support network implement the plan by assisting with making connections to people and places in their community.
