Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is a group of dedicated volunteers who ensure the progressive movement of Montage Support Services in the direction that fulfills the Mission Statement of this organization.

Sandra Clarke – President
Sandra comes from a business background that includes Coca Cola Beverages, Promis Systems and Maple Leaf Foods. Working with the McCain family, corporate secretary, board of directors at Maple Leaf Foods prior to her retirement in 2007, her extensive business career includes working with the Corporate Secretary Department and Investor Relations. Sandra brings a wealth of expertise to her position as President on the Montage Board of Directors. Her son Craig, aged 43, has been living with Montage for the past 13 years and as a parent, and founding member of Harmony Place, a day program meeting the needs of multi-challenged adults, Sandra embraces the opportunities for people to live happy, meaningful lives.

John Gierlach, Vice-President
John joined Montage in October, 2011. As Senior Manager working in Ontario’s Energy sector, John has held roles in strategy, risk, and audit, and is a registered Professional Engineer. John and his family are firm believers and advocates of inclusion for people with disabilities. His dedication and contribution to the decision making team on the board hbeen instrumental to Montage’s vision, mission, and growth.

Joan Conway, Secretary/Treasurer
Prior to her retirement, Joan was the Senior Manager of Treasury and Pension Investments with Maple Leaf Foods. Joining Montage’s Board in June of 2014, Joan brings her 23 year experience in accounting and treasury for five small and intermediate public companies in the mining, oil and gas sectors to the decision making team for Montage Support Services.

Teresa Tedesco, Director
Teresa is currently the Chief Administrative Officer at the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, overseeing Human Resources, Finance, Administration, Information Technology, Internal Audit and Risk Management. With an MBA from Athabasca University and 11 years at the AGCO, Teresa brings 35 years of government experience both at the provincial and municipal levels to her board position at Montage as well as leadership in fundraising for Federated Health and United Way campaigns.
Andrea has spent more than 30 years in Condominium Management. Working for Del Property Management, (one of the leaders in the profession) for many years Andrea earned her the professional designation as a RegisteredCondominium Manager. Opening her own firm, Condo Services Agency, with her husband Andy; they run this business along with their accounting firm, Silver Fox Accounting. Andrea and Andy have three children, two of which have disabilities. Their son Rudy is living at Ossington apartment building, supported by Montage since 2016.
Marie’s professional background is broad, having executed varying roles within TD Bank Financial Group. She has experience in Risk Management, Project Governance, Finance, Human Resources, Operations and Customer Service. Marie also has over 8 years experience as a volunteer board director in the Developmental Services Sector and has been inspired by the ongoing progress and successes she has witnessed with individuals receiving support services. It is truly a blessing that organizations exist, as Montage says, “to help individuals to Live Your Dream”. Marie is very pleased and excited to be a member of the Montage Board of Directors and look forward to contributing to the organization’s ongoing growth and success.
Stasia joined the Montage Board of Directors in 2017. She is Principal Consultant at her company, Pharmanalysis Inc, and brings 25 years of experience in senior corporate roles in strategic brand and commercial planning in the pharmaceutical, biotech and laboratory science sectors. She is committed to working toward a society in which people of all abilities are seen and valued, including those who are most vulnerable.
Linda joined the Montage Board of Directors in December 2019. Her professional background includes twenty-four years of experience within a financial institution and various roles throughout her career in Domestic Banking, Human Resources, and Occupational Health. In 2002, she graduated from the Developmental Services Program at Centennial College, a course she pursued in the interest of understanding how best to support her son.
As the parent of a young man who is supported by Montage, the core values of Montage resonate deeply with her; inclusion, empathy, choice, awareness and creativity.
Linda greatly values the integrity and thoughtfulness demonstrated in the creation of person-inspired supports, and she looks forward to contributing to the continued success and future growth of Montage Support Services.
As a partner with Lanno Torelli since 2010, Joe Lanno has consulted businesses on financial, administration, and offered general business advice. Working closely with lawyers on litigation, negotiating the sale of businesses and business portfolios. While in his professional aspirations lie in mediation and alternative dispute resolutions, his past-times include raising Charolais cattle, a partnership in importing wines from various regions in Europe, and travel involving historical sites and cultures. With a daughter as an occupational therapist, working with children , Joe Lanno’s interest in Montage Support Services was sparked in learning of its reputation as a community-minded organization that is offering people with diverse needs, “person-inspired” supports for a better quality of life.
