With a son aged 43 who has been living with Montage for the past 13 years, and as a parent, and founding member of Harmony Place, a day program meeting the needs of multi-challenged adults, Sandra embraces the opportunities that have contributed for people to live happy, fulfilling lives.

Judy Patterson, Director
With a daughter born with a developmental disability, Judy became an active member of Community Living in Scarborough, interacting and volunteering with family members who were dealing with similar issues. When Montage opened its Respite Home in Scarborough, her daughter Heather became a frequent visitor, and eventually a resident at Montage. Grateful for the support and care both her daughter and their family received prior to Heather’s passing in October of 2014, Judy continues to support the work of Montage on the Board of Directors.

More about the ONE PAGE PROFILE:
In any organization there are many over-lapping and intersecting roles that are integral to its success. At Montage, we recognize and respect the variety of life experiences, skills and attributes that each person brings to our team. Through the vulnerability and openness of sharing our likes, dis-likes, passions, interests and values, in a very public way, our intention is to create an awareness and attentiveness. We are also exploring this as a tool for introducing the people we support in varied contexts. Having additional insights into what each of us needs to perform and be well in our role, fosters a greater understanding of ourselves and each other as we collaborate to meet our mission.
